In gameplay, headshots are the golden standard for the game. Headshots do more damage, are harder to achieve than body shots, and often dictate the pace of the game.
Ultimately, the game is unique in that you operate each character through a 3d terrain map, unlike the infamous Fire Emblem series which has you operate characters on a 2d grid-based map.
